Feed and stroke two gorgeous Herdwick sheep.
You will enjoy a traditional tea in the garden looking at our panoramic views. Our two naughty pet sheep will come and join you for cuddles and a bit of naughtiness and trying to eat all the wrong things.. When you have finished your home-made cakes , you will take the sheep to their barn and give them their tea and a goodbye stroke. A special feeling.. If we have new lambs there might be the chance to give them a bottle of milk too.
Hens and cats may come to see you too. Animals are unpredictable and untrained. Bring a sense of humour and a camera. Please don't film and feed at the same time- they like your full attention and I will ask for some phone-free periods to experience the Mindfulness of your new flock.
Masks will be worn and I ask you to respect distancing with extra care when moving to the barn. Mixed groups will have separate tablecloth, cake stand, teapot so please share and connect through chat and smiles. Handshake on arrival, hugs on departure will be imaginary but heartfelt.
Please cancel with as much notice as possible if you have cold symptoms.
There is a one hour circular walk that goes through an enchanting wood and I recommend walking from the village to the location, 20 mins.
This is an outdoor experience in the Trossachs and Loch Lomond National Park.
Dress warmly and ready for quick changes of weather
