Об организаторе

ByAmes Yoga completed her 500 hour teacher training in India in 2011, and has been teaching & traveling worldwide since. She has been practicing yoga on a standup paddle board (SUP) for 7 years, and has been able to share the practice as well as her great love for the outdoors. Amy offers an extremely safe, fun environment allowing you to try something new all while having fun. Come explore!

Чем мы займемся

Meet at 6:30 pm every Thursday evening beginning July 12th. We will go over safety and basic instructions of using a SUP board, and then go for a short paddle on Lake Ontario. Once we get to a quiet environment, we will anchor our individual boards and begin our practice. Approx. 1 hour of mindful hath yoga (with some vinyasa if requested) as well as lots of core strength and fun!
