I am a flight attendant who love practicing yoga everywhere I visit. After 3 yrs of practicing yoga asana I decided to attend teacher training course for traditional Hatha yoga and finally became WYA Certified Yoga Teacher. It’s going to be 1hr 15 minutes session. First 1hr we will relax&enjoy doing traditional hatha yoga in green and fresh air in a beautiful Wachirabenchathat Park. Sun & Moon solution would be a perfect sequence to warm up and activate all the enerygy channel in our body. Follow with asana for stretching and stress relief. Meeting point is in front of BIA (Bhudhadasa Indapanno Archives) or Suan Mokkh Bangkok. The building sits are the far northern end of Wachira Benchathat Park near Chatuchak weekend market. On the first floor which is mistly open air, there is a large bookstore selling books on Buddhism. And on the 2nd floor we can find the large meditation room offering a “Taste of Nibanna”.
