Чем вы займетесь

Session will be conducted indoor in a bright airy room or outside on the beach (subject to weather conditions)
We will start with a little introduction to this ancient Indian practice, its history and philosophy, followed up with Sukshma Vyayam (warmup)...Asanas (HathaYoga)...Relaxation...Kriyas - Jalaneti & Tratak and then guided Meditation along with Pranayama.
Throughout our focus will be on body-breath-mind...thus practicing complete mindfulness.
I will share lot of tips, benefits and easy practices to initiate your Yoga practice and apply it in your day to day life.

Ishani was great! I truly enjoyed my time even though I went into it not really liking yoga (I did it for my friend). I left having a greater understanding and appreciation for yoga and felt much better leaving than when I got there! I recommend this to anyone! Thanks a lot Ishani!

It was a lovely experience in beautiful surroundings. I enjoyed both the mindfulness practice and the yoga practice as well as the cleansing practice. Ishani is very knowledgeable and explains every thing we did so we can understand why we were doing it. That makes it that much more meaningful.

Truley enjoyed Ishani’s Complete Mindfulness experience. Whether you’re a regular practicing Yogi, practice occasionally, or are first timer there is something for every level to learn in my experience. I needed to learn some meditation techniques which I did as well as some new yoga poses and history of Yoga.

Ishani is a good teacher. This was my first experience with yoga and she helped both me and my wife through different asanas and kriyas. Also educated us along the way. Would definitely recommend.
