Чем вы займетесь

We will discover the secrets of spritz, the golden aperitivo that Cipriani transformed and made famous.
Then came the Bellini, the elegant pink cocktail invented by Giuseppe Cipriani.
Today we have also other options: Rossini (with strawberries) or Mimosa (with orange).
And sgroppino? A fresh italian sorbet made with lemon ice cream, vodka and prosecco, used as a digestive since 1528.
There are a lot of different types of it, such as the ones made with orange or strawberries.
You always want to serve appetizers together with spritz, or it’s not an aperitivo! So here we’re going to prepare some elegant recipes you’ll love eating during an aperitivo. Together we’ll try a salty tiramisù and others...
(I improved my technique in the best Italian and International cooking schools, including the Institute PAUL BOCUSE (3* Michelin) in the beautiful Ecully castle).
Together we’ll try a salty tiramisù and a simple sushi with sandwich bread, garnished with the ingredients you like most, salmon, ham, tuna mousse... and tomatoes delight (my secret recipe, simple and tasty)

Что взять с собой

  • vodka, prosecco, Aperol, sparkling water. For Bellini/Rossini / Mimosa: peach or strawberries or orange juice(decoration as Orange or lemon)
  • mascarpone cheese (or cream cheese or mayonnaise) , tomatoes, tomato juice, basil, sandwich bread, sweetened wipped cream.....and all that you love in a sandwich. For digestif lemon sorbet.
  • 2 small glasses for appetizers, 2 glasses for spritz and sgroppino, 1 champagne glass for Bellini, 1 mixer, 1 rolling pin, plastic wrap, pestle and strainer

Ho partecipato online assieme a due amiche e un'ora è veramente volata. Bruna ci ha fornito molte nozioni storiche sulle ricette, rendendo la lezione molto utile anche per chi è italiano e volesse conoscere una parte della propria tradizione (spritz e sorbetto) in modo divertente e mettendo subito in pratica gli insegnamenti. Assolutamente voto 5 stelle e attendo per altre lezioni simili!

My experience was great and Bruna was lovely. I am half italian so this lesson was very interesting for me because she gave lot of tips based on her experience and told me about the different habits and peculiarities of aperitivo over Italy. I can say that she was able to valorize something that can seem so simple and easy in order to make it more elegant, tasty and inviting, without leaving any tradition! I was so glad to do this that I even asked if she could make another lesson with a focus on desserts and tiramisù! I can't wait to see her new experiences online. Thanks Bruna!
