I have always enjoyed my hikes and bringing friends along with me. I take pride when my friends associate me with being active and getting off the couch to do things. I always go on these adventures and think to myself , "I wish so and so could see this!" or "People really should get up here and breath this air in!" I figured why not show others who only see the Blue Hills from their flight or car ride up 93 what this area has to offer. I started practicing mindfulness in the fall of 2016 and it has helped me become more relaxed and less stressed. Hiking and Mindfulness complement each other.

We will be hiking the skyline trail at various areas depending on your level of activity. There is Buck Hill that over looks the skyline of Boston, Boston Harbor Islands, and the following Hills that we can also climb. Great Blue Hill is the last hill which you can see from that area Mt. Monadnock which is about 68 miles away. Small little ponds along the way to stop and grab lunch.
