If the weather is pleasant, we can remain outside, if it is not, we have a separate, semi-heated barn to accommodate the baby goat encounter. Guests will have an hour to snuggle and play with our happy, playful goats. Our sweet pups, Yeti, a female Great Pyrenees and Kenai our Anatolian Shepard will also be available to say hello to but, will be separated from the encounter before you arrive. After kids have had plenty of milk and kisses, we will take a stroll around the property. We will conclude the experience with a small climb up a short spiral staircase, to our look-out tower, to oversee the orchards and Blue Ridge Mountains.
Host will supervise, help take photos and answer any questions regarding the goats and orchards. Treats for the animals will be provided. Please wear clothes that are warm and shoes that you don't mind getting dirty. Please contact us if you have a certain day and time you would like to come.
