- 2 hours with 3 interesting rounds: Black, White and Egg - Cà phê Đen, Cà phê Sữa đá & Cà phê Trứng
- Each round includes history, making, tasting and comparison between traditional style vs. modern style.
- Tasting and tasting, you'll try 6-7 different drinks/styles of Vietnamese coffee
- Tips and recipes for brewing these yummies by your self
- Informative but concise, all about Vietnamese coffee only, no commercial or specialty biased view.
- We don't do classes or teaching, but you'll understand how brewing methods / instruments bring out each style characteristic scientifically; not just people do this and get that.
- After all, an overall image of the coffee that Vietnamese drink, then and now, even recently new trend.

We can start any time from 7am-3pm for groups from 2 pax. Just message me to arrange convenient time to adapt your plan!

I'm Quỳnh, co-founder of Day Saigon coffee, a fresh young spot in the ultimate coffee city. >10 years in the F&B industry (waiter, sommelier, coffee QC/purchaser, manager, etc.), I've been working with finest Vietnamese coffee producers, farmers to get the beans sources; maintaining the quality at The Workshop - one of the leading specialty coffee places in HCMC; coaching some of the best baristas in Vietnam. I fortunately visited other domestic cities and well-nurtured with Vietnamese coffee, vertically & horizontally.
I also love to travel, try local specialties, and appreciate warm welcome from residents so I understand what you guys look for in a new, exciting city.

- We're across the roundabout from Ben Thanh market, next to antique stuff lane Le Cong Kieu, steps away from Art Museum, and within walking distance to Bitexco Skydeck, the People's Committee, Post Office, Cathedral, Bui Vien street etc.
In short, we're convenient for you to stop by, well-charged with good local coffees then jump back into the city heat.

So happy to know Quynh. He is really a master of he know how to share Vietnam coffee story in a good way. Actually I.booked for Tuesday. Due to my problem I can not attend That day. So I tell him whether I can postpone. He is so kind and he tell me no need to worry. He can wait for me any convenient time. very appreciated for this feedback. today I Just finished interesting 2 hours trip. really great. I tried to make egg coffee. I tried to make tradtional Vietnam black coffee using the way Quynh teached me. Wow. Magic is coming. So good favor.Anyway so happy for this course. Quyuh is good enough for any coffer to meet and talk with him

Great experience overall. Learned so much about the history of coffee in Vietnam. Was real easy to discuss everything I wanted to know. It is rare to find someone as passionate about coffee as Quynh. Great coffee was a plus!

Quynh is an expert at what he does. The whole experience was wonderful. I learned so much about Vietnamese coffee and will be sharing this new knowledge with friends and family back home. Thank you Quynh for such an awesome class!

My husband and I are very happy to have met a coffee expert like Quynh. We love the well-organized, systematic way he carried out this “class”. He gave us a good amount of history and background information about coffee culture in Vietnam and coffee in general. We are impressed with his attention to detail in brewing a perfect cup. His passion and desire to share his knowledge is undeniable.

We had a great experience with Quynh at his cafe in Ben Thanh. As self-proclaimed coffee addicts, it was interesting to learn about the history of coffee, differences between brewing methods, beans, etc. Our favorite part was obviously tasting the various types of coffee - egg coffee, classic Vietnamese w/ condensed milk, and the like. One thing to note is that it is in the main area of the shop, so depending on how many people are in the shop you may have company!

Where do I begin! This experience is a must do - Quynh is so passionate and knowledgeable about all things coffee. I really enjoyed the history and his personal stories - just amazing. He showed us several different coffees, even a comparison of correctly vs incorrectly made drip coffee - super interesting to learn. The bahn mi was absolutely amazing too, probably best I've had so far.
